Base-Attached Suspension System
Four-leg 1/2" 6×36 IWRC wire rope assembly with master link, swage sockets, and safety clevis pins. A fifth leg ties off to the load line above the overhaul ball. Load distributes evenly under dynamic crane movements.
High-Strength Round-Tube Frame
0.140" and 0.145" wall, 1.660" and 1.900" O.D. steel round-tube construction throughout. Heavy-gauge steel floor grating with a braced truss skid system protects the frame during handling and transport.
42" Guardrail and Fall Arrest Anchorage
Full-perimeter guardrail at 42" with grab rail providing personal fall-arrest anchorage points in compliance with OSHA 1926.502, Subpart M. Perforated steel plate sides reduce wind load.
Detachable Test Weight System — Included
Every Premier basket ships with the detachable Test Weight System. Supports 125% proof-load testing at rated capacity on-site before every lift. No third-party coordination required.
Electrostatic Powder-Coat Finish
