Returns and Exchanges
LiftTech does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective equipment.
If you believe a product is defective, please notify LiftTech within 30 days of delivery. Include your order information, the product model and serial number (if available), a description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.
LiftTech will review the claim and communicate the available resolution.
Limited Warranty
LiftTech provides a three-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, improper maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended application.

Order Cancellations
Orders canceled after manufacturing has begun are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
