The SEC1-300 is the entry-size square model in Lifting Technologies’ Professional crane man basket line, designed for one worker where a compact square footprint and full OSHA-compliant guarding are needed but overhead protection is not required. Its 28.25″ by 28.25″ outside dimensions give a very small plan area, making it suited to tight structural bays, close clearances around equipment, and other confined locations under the crane hook.
Professional-Series baskets use a high-strength 0.120″ wall, 1.500″ square tubular steel frame with heavy-gauge steel floor grating to provide a solid, non-slip platform. Standard guarding includes 42″ high guardrails from the floor, 6″ high toeboards around the perimeter, and perforated steel side panels from toeboard to mid-rail to help retain tools and small objects. An inward-opening access gate with a positive restraining device controls entry and exit, and a full-perimeter inner grab rail provides personal fall-arrest anchorage in compliance with OSHA 1926.502 Subpart M.
